Polly Sutphin, Manager since 1990, has evolved from being a partner in
healthcare collections, to management of MedKey. She has a
wealth of experience in collections and medical finance
software. With a background of 2 years in legal, 4 years in
collections, and ongoing technology training in MedKey, Polly
is constantly looking for ways to help our clients promote
MedKey and to make working with the program simple. “To
help our clients understand how easy our program is to work
with, for both patient’s and providers,” she
states, “makes you feel like you are helping the people
that want to fulfill their financial obligations.”
