Desiree Beamer, Performance Consultant, received her BA from Radford University.
She previously worked in social services benefits programs for
13 years, and supervised eligibility staff in medical
assistance programs for 5 years. Desiree came to EAS in 1998 as
a Patient Financial Specialist and was later promoted to Team
Lead/ Trainer. She is familiar with all the challenges that
take place when providing assistance to patients. Desiree uses
this knowledge to identify
opportunities for performance improvement. She is
diligent in
assessing and analyzing job functions in addition to
streamlining
processes for added productivity results.
